Can You Destroy Planets in No Man's Sky
Has anyone completely destroyed a planet?
I've been stuck thinking about taking a small moon, and using the terrain manipulator to destroy as of the planet to its bedrock. What will happen?

Definitely have attempted and chickened out in 30 minutes lol need a mass of people for information technology to actually work I presume, twenty+ hours

I do not remember you can destroy planets every bit the terrain manipulator only works at a sure depth. I know because I wanted to run across if I could mine my way downward to the planets cadre and as well mine all the way to the opposite side of the planet. Turns out you cannot. In fact yous actually cannot get that far down at all. Less than a mile for certain. I was quite disappointed when I discovered this.

This. The "bedrock" (which is actually nowhere about as deep equally real life mining operations go, boulder is pretty much just the get-go) of this game is ridiculously shallow.

Yeah I've spent many hours running the bottom of the barrel on a planet just running along the bottom hoping if I only separate the outside and inside it can be like shooting fish in a barrel. But it's not easy at all

Its even possible ? Doesnt will terrain regenerated outside bases ?

No idea, I've gone at information technology for a while without it regenerating. Even some of my first planets I've visisted notwithstanding have my 'holes' information technology seems kinda random how it grows back.

Aye, they would be better off trying something like this in the game Astroneer. Even in that game where the planets are much smaller and terrain doesn't grow dorsum it would take an extremely long fourth dimension to try to completely eliminate a whole planet. All-time I have been able to accomplish in that game is digging a whole through the heart of a planet and out the other side and that took several weeks to complete.

That's not possible. The terrain editor can only destroy/create a limited amount of terrain.
